Hamilton Southeastern Schools is an A-rated school corporation by the Indiana Department of Education and the fourth largest in the state. We serve over 21,000 students in pre-kindergarten through 12th grade living in Fishers and portions of neighboring Noblesville.

Interim Superintendent

Working together as a school community, HSE ensures each student has the intellect and skills necessary to achieve their goals for higher education, careers and life.

Meet our Interim Superintendent

Dr. Matt Kegley has spent 17 years working in Hamilton Southeastern Schools and has a breadth experience and knowledge; making him uniquely suited to lead during the upcoming transition period.

Prior to serving in the role of Interim Superintendent, Kegley was the Assistant Superintendent of Teaching Learning. He knows the importance of public education and works to ensure the learning needs of all students are being met. Before moving to district administration, Kegley served in various leadership roles, having worked as principal at both Hamilton Southeastern High School and Riverside Junior High.

Matt and his wife, Jennifer, have three children: Olivia, Sophia and Isaiah, all proud graduates of the HSE Schools.
