The Referendum Fund is primarily used to pay teacher salaries and benefits, which account for over 97% of the 2026 budget. The remaining funds are allocated to essential security and safety measures.
Revenue Source
The Referendum Fund is supported by additional local property taxes voted on by the community. The current maximum tax rate approved is $1.1995.
