Facilities

The Hamilton Southeastern School District Facilities Department is a team committed to providing and maintaining excellent facilities for use by students, staff and district patrons.

The staff of custodians, maintenance technicians, construction employees and groundskeepers is responsible for servicing 987.72 acres of ground which equates to 3,915,512 million square feet including 4,354,130 million square feet of parking lots, 1,250 classrooms covering 1.54 square miles, at 24 campuses.

Meet the Team 

The department oversees capital improvement projects in the district such as needed repairs to sidewalks, classrooms, and buildings. The department also recommends methods to improve the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of operations.
