Meet the Operations Department
Welcome to the Hamilton Southeastern Schools Operations Department. Our department is responsible for managing the operations and processes for the corporation, including identifying and implementing plans to solve issues, increasing efficiency related to operations, providing support and supervision of strategic planning of district school safety, and partnering with Staff and Student Services to ensure the safety and support of internal and external stakeholders.
