E-Funds

Pre-Payment Options

Access eFunds by logging into Skyward Family Access and navigate to the Food Services tile. Once you are on the food services screen:

  • Click "Log in to eFunds" at the top right of the screen.

  • Then click "Fund Lunch.”

  • Click login when you see the Skyward logo.

  • Click "Fund Lunch" again and select your student’s name.

Please note that electronic payments include a processing fee and can take up to 48 hours to post.

Unused Food Service funds will stay in a student's account from year to year. If you need to transfer funds from one student to another, please email tluce@hse.k12.in.us with the details of the transfer of funds.

Check or Cash

You can always bring money personally or send it with your student. Please place it in an envelope marked clearly with your student's name, their ID #, their teacher's name, the $ amount and the check #. Turn in prepaid deposits to the cafeteria cashier(s) or school office.
