2nd Public Hearing - Fall Creek Project

On September 25, 2019, the Board will hold a second public hearing to discuss and hear objections and support regarding the proposed Fall Creek Project. 

In addition, pursuant to Indiana Code 20-26-7-37, the Board will hold a hearing on the proposed (i) renovation of an improvements to Hamilton Southeastern High School (the "High School Project"), and (ii) miscellaneous maintenance improvements, including the replacement of food service equipment and purchase of technology throughout the district (the "Maintenance Project", which with the Fall Creek Project and High School Project shall collectively be referred to as the "Projects"). 

At the conclusion of the hearings, the Board will also consider the adoption of a resolution making a preliminary determination to issue bonds to finance the Projects.  You are invited to attend and participate in the public hearings.
