Notice of a Meeting of Directors of Hamilton Southeastern Consolidated School Building Corporation 

Notice is hereby given that the directors of Hamilton Southeastern Consolidated School Building Corporation (the Building Corporation"), will meet on Friday, April 17, 2020 at 9 a.m. via a virtual meeting for the following purposes:  

(a)    Consideration and approval of the refunding of outstanding Unlimited Ad Valorem Property Tax First Mortgage Bonds, Series 2011 by the issuance of one or more series of refunding bonds; and
(b)    Consideration and approval of form oflease agreement and any other action needed to advance the construction and financing of a new elementary school in Wayne Township, Hamilton County, Indiana; and
( c)    Consideration of any other business which may properly come before the meeting.
