Notice of Execution of Lease Between Hamilton Southeastern Schools and Hamilton Southeastern Consolidated School Building Corporation

 
Pursuant to action previously taken by the Board of School Trustees (the "Board") of Hamilton Southeastern Schools (the "School Corporation"), a Lease Agreement (the "Lease") between the School Corporation and Hamilton Southeastern Consolidated School Building Corporation (the "Building Corporation") was executed and entered into on June 10, 2020. The Lease covers the site of the proposed (i) existing Durbin Elementary School building to be renovated, and (ii) real estate upon which a new elementary school will be constructed in Hamilton County, Indiana. A copy of the Lease is on file in the Administration Building of the School Corporation, 13485 Cumberland Road, Fishers, Indiana, and is available for inspection during normal business hours.
