100% In-person Learning

9-12 Student Hours and Schedule

  • Students in grades 9-12 who chose in-person learning will attend school Monday - Thursday starting on Wednesday, Feb. 17.


  • 9-12 students who chose to be 100% virtual will not be able to change learning modes until after Spring Break (Monday, April 12).
  • This will ensure student occupancy of the building will not to exceed 50-55%.
  • In-person students may pull back to 100% virtual, if they find they are not comfortable attending in-person.
  • If particular classes exceed guidelines for COVID safety, adaptations will be considered.
  • All students will follow their daily class schedule and will report for classes at their assigned time, whether in-person or virtual.
  • Virtual students will join their class via Zoom and/or Canvas at the same time that on-site students will report to class.
  • Teachers will communicate with virtual students at the beginning of each class period to review learning objectives and set expectations for the day.
  • Each teacher will develop their 50/50 lesson plans and communicate those to students. Every teacher will have the creative freedom to tackle their curriculum objectives. Whether in-person or virtual, all students will be following the same curriculum.
  • Teachers will have a dedicated time for supporting virtual students each day.

Attendance: PreK-12

  • Attendance will follow the expectations set forth in the Student Handbook for in-person instruction.
  • The school calendar will be consistent with that adopted by the School Board.
