Students with IEPs
A virtual instruction plan will be developed in collaboration with families via a case conference or an IEP revision. This plan will be implemented in time of virtual instruction. In the event virtual services/therapies are not feasible or are unavailable, compensatory services/therapies will be considered by the case conference committee.

Tuition-Paying families
Tuition for each month we are in virtual instruction will be $80.

CFL Classrooms
If staff is permitted to work from the building, the CFL classrooms will continue to meet in person.

Therapies
If staff is permitted to work from the building, speech, occupational and physical therapists will attempt to offer walk-in therapy.

Evaluations
Our evaluations for special education services will take place during virtual instruction. If you are concerned about your child’s developmental progress, please speak with your teacher or contact Dr. Kelli Servizzi, Preschool Coordinator, at kservizzi@hse.k12.in.us.

100% In Person

Schedule
If your child has an IEP, he/she can attend school 5 days per week, and transportation will be provided. If your family pays tuition, your child will attend the number of days you selected upon registration (2, 3, or 5). The tuition prices agreed upon at registration will also take effect when the preschool is 100% in person ($120, $180, or $300 per month).

Hours for the morning class will be 8:55-11:25 a.m. Doors will open for dismissal at 11:15 a.m.
Hours for the afternoon class will be 1:20-3:50 p.m. Doors will open for dismissal at 3:40 p.m.

As you can see, the class sessions are slightly shorter. This will allow the staff to clean the classroom and materials before the next group of children arrives.
