Hamilton Southeastern Schools is the primary district for families living in Fishers, Indiana and portions of neighboring Noblesville, Indiana. HSE Schools serves students in preschool through 12th grade. To be eligible to attend HSE Schools, families must live within the HSE School District. HSE schools is the fourth largest district in Indiana with more than 21,600 students enrolled during the 2020-21 school year. The district is rated A by the Indiana Department of Education.  Online enrollment for the 21-22 school year is NOW OPEN

To enroll at HSE Schools, please follow the 3 steps below:

Step 1: 

Determine which school your student will attend by visiting our MySchool Locator. The school your student will attend is determined by your home address. **Disclaimer: MySchool Locator feeds directly from Google Maps. If you are moving to a new area, it may not immediately populate on the MySchool Locator map. In which case, calling the school to verify which school you will attend is recommended.  
 

Important Message for New Families living in or moving into Southeastern Elementary School’s Boundaries (SES is located at 12500 Cyntheanne Road):
       

Hamilton Southeastern Schools serves a dynamic community that continues to experience residential growth. Currently, Southeastern Elementary School is over enrollment capacity. As of June 14, 2021, new enrollees to Southeastern Elementary will be assigned to attend either Durbin Elementary or Geist Elementary for the 2021-2022 school year. Any families who have already completed enrollment prior to June 14th will not be affected. In addition, SES siblings will be grandfathered and allowed to attend SES.

Students residing in Blue Ridge Creek, Flagstone Woods, Summerland Park, Turnberry at the Park, and Waterman Crossing will attend Durbin Elementary School.

All other students who are in Southeastern Elementary's boundary will attend Geist Elementary School.

Both schools are excited for this opportunity to welcome your families for the new school year! Transportation will be provided, and additional details will be communicated later in the summer. If you haven’t already done so, please go ahead and complete the online enrollment process. When selecting the school your child will attend, please choose Durbin or Geist accordingly.

Fall Creek Intermediate and Fall Creek Junior High Schools are looking forward to this opportunity to welcome your families for the new school year! Step 2:

Get your application started. It’s quite simple to enter your basic information and save your file to come back to when you have your other documents ready.

  • Proof of Guardianship or Custody (if applicable)
  • Proof of Residency (Note: If you are not the homeowner or lease holder of the residence, please include the Affidavit of Residence (English or Spanish) in your enrollment application.
  • Current Immunization Records

Step 3: 

NEW HSE Families: CLICK HERE to create a NEW Skyward account. 

CURRENT HSE Families: If you are an exisiting family, adding a sibling, you will need to log into Family Access on Skyward. Select "new student online enrollment" in the upper left hand corner.

Please note: Existing families moving from grade to grade will not have to "enroll" - you will simply need to update your Back to School forms available now in Skyward labelled Back to School Forms 2021-22.

TRANSFER APPEAL PROCESS

If you would like your child to attend a different school other than your "home" school or if you have not taken possession of your home/apartment, you will need to submit a transfer appeal request.

Can I transfer if I live outside of the district?

Hamilton Southeastern Schools does NOT accept outside transfers.

Am I allowed to transfer to another school within the district?

If you are currently in the HSE district and want to transfer to another school, you must fill out a transfer appeal form. CLICK HERE to complete a Transfer Appeal. Paper transfer appeal forms will always be accepted as needed, however, completion of the online form is preferred.

What if my student completed their junior year of high school, but will be moving. Can they finish their last year at HSE?

Yes. Students who have completed their junior year at Fishers High School or Hamilton Southeastern High School may complete their senior year regardless of their residency. Students must provide their own transportation. If moving outside of the district, you must file a Transfer Appeal as listed above.
