Change of Status Forms for CERTIFIED Staff

TRF (Teacher's Retirement Fund)
  • Go to http://www.in.gov/inprs/abouttrf.htm * to access the Indiana State Teacher's retirement fund website.
  • Login under Online Services - TRF Menber Login.
  • Make necessary changes to your personal information  
Select Forms on the left hand side of the screen for:
  • change of address
  • change of beneficiary (state form 52332)
  • Member Data Change (state form 43567) forms. Use the member data change form for changes in name, social security number, date of birth, gender or marital status.

Teaching License Renewal or Application

License renewal or application for a new teaching license, or adding certifications to your current license are now all completed online through the Indiana Department of Education (IDOE). Listed below are resources including a link to the IDOE licensing website that can guide you through the appropriate process. Indiana code requires CPR instruction and Suicide Prevention training. Links to resources for those two requirements are listed as well. If you have questions or need assistance you may contact HSE Human Resources Department at (317) 594-4100, ext. 3315.

Employee Student Transfer Request Process for 2019-20 School Year

If you are a current resident and wish to have your student(s) attend a non-home school or if you are a non-resident employee and wish to have your student(s) attend HSE Schools, please complete the form (powered by SurveyMonkey) by following the link below.

All Employee Student Transfer Requests for the 2019-20 School Year must be Submitted by May 6, 2019. (Requests will be only be accepted after May 6 in the event of an address or employment change occurring after that date.)

You will not receive immediate confirmation of your submission of the form, however, a pop-up message will appear indicating that your survey has been submitted. Formal confirmation will be sent to the email address provided by you on the request form on or before June 7, 2019.

If you are enrolling a new student to the district, please complete the transfer request (link below) and the online enrollment process by following this link: Enrolling Your Student
