Mental Health Resources

Anthem announced several new resources and initiatives developed in partnership with leading community and health partners to provide support for the whole health needs of individuals, families and the communities we serve.

These resources include: 
  • Employee Assistance program (EAP) Resources: To help our members who need mental health support, we’re providing access to our EAP website resources at no cost for 90 days to members who don’t already have access. Members can go to our EAP website to access online seminars on emotional support and up-to-date links to news outlets and health websites. Other resources include helpful articles, child and eldercare resources, and legal and financial information. Members can access the website using the password "EAP Can Help"
  • Coping with COVID-19, Well-news download: Read tips for dealing with Social Distancing by downloading this handy newsletter
  • Coping with COVID-19, Well-news part two download: Read tips for finding the good in quarantine by downloading part two
  • Locate a COVID-19 testing facility: Members can quickly locate a COVID-19 testing facility near them with our locator tool by downloading the Sydney Care mobile app.
